At CazroLee, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All products purchased from our store come with a comprehensive warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction and peace of mind.
Warranty Period
All CazroLee products are covered by a 1-year (12-month) warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Specifically, the warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship: Any defects that arise from faulty materials or production errors
- Component defects or structural issues under normal use: Problems with parts or the overall structure of the product when used as intended
- Products that fail to perform as expected: Items that do not function according to their advertised specifications and intended purpose
If your product experiences any of these covered issues within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from circumstances beyond normal use. The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration from regular use over time, including fading, scratching, or minor cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abuse: Problems arising from improper handling, rough treatment, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose
- Unauthorized modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than CazroLee or an authorized service provider
- Issues caused by failure to follow instructions: Problems resulting from not following the product manual, installation guide, or care instructions
- Damage from improper use, negligence, or accidents: Issues caused by dropping, impact, exposure to extreme conditions, liquid damage, or other mishandling
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service

- Your order number and proof of purchase
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or problem
- Date of purchase
Step 2: Evaluation
Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. We may request additional information or documentation if needed.
Step 3: Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:
- Repair the product and return it to you
- Replace the product with an identical or comparable item
- Issue a refund if repair or replacement is not possible
Step 4: Return (If Required)
If a return is necessary, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. In most cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping for warranty claims.
Important Notes
Proof of Purchase Required
A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your purchase documentation in a safe place.
Warranty for Replacement Products
Replacement products provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
No Other Warranties
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by CazroLee. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
CazroLee’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Additional Protection
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
