Free Shipping
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. For certain remote or non-contiguous locations, delivery may take longer and additional shipping fees may apply, including:

- Hawaii
- Guam and other U.S. Territories
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. Please save this email for your records.
Processing Time
We value your time. All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours (1 business day) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Delivery
To ensure you receive the most advanced technology directly from our lab, our standard shipping time to the United States is 7-15 business days.

Fulfillment Center
To provide you with factory-direct pricing and the newest batches of technology, our products are dispatched from our Global Fulfillment Center in Shenzhen. This model allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the significant savings directly to you.
Taxes & Duties
Total Transparency: All applicable taxes and import duties for U.S. customers are included in the product price. You will NOT be charged any hidden fees at checkout or upon delivery. (Compliant with Section 321 for U.S. imports under $800).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. You can monitor your package’s journey every step of the way via our website or the carrier’s portal.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@cazrolee.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Order Modifications
Because we process orders within 24 hours, any changes to your order (address, model, or quantity) must be requested immediately. Once the tracking number is generated and the package has left our center, modifications cannot be made until the item is returned.
