Refund and Returns Policy

At CazroLee, we stand behind the quality of our technology and your hearing journey. All our products come with a 12-month warranty and are eligible for returns within 45 days of delivery (extended from 30 days to ensure a full adjustment period). Replacement products also carry the same warranty coverage.

Note for New Users: Research shows it can take 2-4 weeks for your brain to adapt to new sounds. We encourage you to wear your devices for at least 21 days before deciding to initiate a return. Our team is here to help you with any adjustments during this time.

How to Return an Item and Get a Refund/Replacement

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Please contact our customer service team at support@cazrolee.com and provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Necessary photos or videos to verify the issue with your order

Step 2: Investigation and Solution

Our customer service team will investigate your case according to our policy and provide you with an appropriate solution (troubleshooting guidance, replacement, or return) based on the circumstances.

Step 3: Agreement on Solution

Once both parties agree on the solution, our customer service team will provide you with the necessary return information.

Important Notice: Please DO NOT send your return to the sender address shown on the package (our international fulfillment center). Wait for our customer service team to provide you with the correct U.S. Return Center address to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

Step 4: Return the Product

If a return is required, send the product back using the information provided by our team. Once our U.S. warehouse receives and inspects the item, we will process your refund or replacement. You will receive your refund within 3-15 business days, depending on your card issuer.


Eligible for Free Returns (No Extra Cost)

The following conditions qualify for free returns and full refunds or free replacements:

  • Wrong item sent: We shipped an incorrect product.
  • Does not match description: The product significantly differs from what was advertised.
  • Quality issues: The product is defective or not functioning properly.
  • Missing parts: Components or accessories are missing from your order.

Not Eligible for Free Returns

The following conditions do not qualify for free returns. While returns are still accepted, the return shipping costs and a $25 restocking fee (to cover original shipping and handling) will be the responsibility of the customer:

  • Delivery delays: The package arrived later than expected due to carrier issues.
  • Changed mind: You no longer want, need, or like the product.
  • Manual issues: Missing manual or non-standard manual (all manuals are available for digital download).
  • User error: Damage or issues caused by improper use, maintenance, or installation.

Refund Processing Time

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your original payment method:

  • Credit Card: Refunds will be processed within 3-20 business days after you receive the refund confirmation email. The exact timing depends on your card issuer’s processing time.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be processed within up to 72 hours after you receive the refund confirmation email.

12-Month Limited Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from CazroLee include a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and quality issues. Replacement products also carry the same 12-month warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use, water damage, or incorrect installation.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidents, loss, or misuse.
