Are CazroLee hearing aids medical-grade?
Yes. CazroLee provides OTC (Over-the-Counter) Digital Hearing Aids that are FDA-registered. Unlike simple “amplifiers,” our devices use advanced 8-channel digital signal processing (DSP) to sharpen speech and reduce background noise.
Do I need a prescription or a hearing test to buy?
No prescription is required. Our OTC hearing aids are designed for adults (18+) with perceived mild-to-moderate hearing loss. You can order them directly and enjoy professional hearing support immediately.
Are these devices “Nearly Invisible”?
Absolutely. Our discreet in-ear and BTE designs are crafted to mimic the natural anatomy of the ear. They are lightweight (as light as 3.3g) and blend in like modern wireless earbuds, making them virtually unnoticeable.
Hearing & Technology
Why do I hear a whistling sound (feedback)?
Whistling occurs when sound escapes the ear and is re-amplified. This is usually due to an improper seal. CazroLee includes 5 sizes of silicone ear tips. Simply choose a larger size for a snug fit to eliminate feedback.
How long will it take for me to adjust to the new sound?
It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks for your brain to adjust to hearing sounds you may have missed for years. We recommend wearing them for at least 3 weeks to experience the full benefits.
How long does the battery last?
Our devices offer high-performance battery life. You get up to 35 hours of total usage with the smart charging case. The case itself can recharge your hearing aids 4-5 times before needing a plug-in.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Simply select your preferred model, choose your color, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout instructions to provide your shipping details and complete your payment securely.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, and interest-free installment options like Klarna/Afterpay (if available at checkout).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your data is 100% protected. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
Can I use my FSA/HSA to pay?
CazroLee hearing aids are FSA/HSA eligible. While we may not process these cards directly, you can pay with a standard credit card and we will provide a medical invoice for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
To offer factory-direct pricing, we ship directly from our Global Fulfillment Center in Shenzhen. This ensures you receive the newest batch of technology at the best possible price.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We process all orders within 24 hours to get your devices to you as fast as possible. Using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx, our standard delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7-15 business days.
- European Countries: 10-20 business days.
How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking Number via email. You can monitor your package’s journey through our Track Your Order page or via the carrier’s portal (DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics partners).
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 45-Day Risk-Free Trial. If you are not satisfied after trying our devices for at least 21 days, you can initiate a return within 45 days of delivery. Please note a $25 restocking fee applies for “change of mind” returns.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@cazrolee.com. Our team will provide a Return Authorization and the address of our U.S. Return Center. Do not send items back to the sender address on the package.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We provide a 12-Month Warranty. If your device is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately for a free replacement.
